Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at Windsor Town Hall Dear Windsor Small Business Owners and Community Organizations, You're invited to join Windsor Community Development on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Windsor Town Hall to learn how your small business or organization can save energy, reduce operating costs, and improve comfort year-round with a new initiative, Power Smart Windsor. A continental breakfast will be provided as you hear about no-cost energy assessments, available incentives, and simple upgrades that can help your facility become more energy efficient. This event is open to small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and houses of worship located in Windsor.
