Historic Preservation & Revitalization Award The Historic Preservation & Revitalization Award honors an individual or organization that thoughtfully preserves Windsor's rich heritage while finding meaningful ways to bring it to life for today's community and future generations. This year, we are proud to recognize the Windsor Historical Society.
Heart of Windsor Award This award recognizes individuals whose generosity, volunteerism, and dedication truly embody the spirit of Windsor. This year, it is with great excitement, gratitude, and admiration that we recognize Joyce and Richard Armstrong.
