You're invited to join Windsor Community Development on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Windsor Town Hall to learn how your small business or organization can save energy, reduce operating costs, and improve comfort year-round with a new initiative, Power Smart Windsor. A continental breakfast will be provided as you hear about no-cost energy assessments, available incentives, and simple upgrades that can help your facility become more energy-efficient.
