2026 Windsor Eco Monarch Festival
Join in the fun at this unique, artsy, green event! The festival includes over 30 vendors with amazing eco-friendly artisan goods for sale including home decor, jewelry, healthy skin care products, art made from reused materials, nature photography, and more. Food Trucks and live entertainment! There are activities for the whole family that may include making a fluttering butterfly, rock painting, kids costume pollinator parade, make a butterfly brooch, face painting, make a bird scarer for your garden, and planting marigolds to take home. Chalk art displays with lots of chalk for you to create with too! There will be an Electric Vehicle Display with cars for you to enjoy and learn about. The Windsor Eco Monarch Festival is part of First Town Downtown. It serves to preserve the health of the Monarch Butterfly through "raise and release" programs, planting butterfly habitats and educating the public of the vital importance the monarch plays in our environment. Saturday, September 12, 2026 EVENTS (times may vary per event below) Here’s what’s happening Downtown on Sept 12th (8 AM – 3:30 PM): • Windsor Lions Club Community Tag Sale — TBD • Town of Windsor E-Cycle Event — TBD • NWP Educators — TBD Eco-Monarch Festival Main Event — 11 AM–3 PM on the Green • Eco-friendly artisan & nature-inspired vendors! • Raffle booth including the Special Quilt Raffle! • Live Music & Dancing • Fun kids’ activities (like butterfly crafts, rock painting, face painting & more) • Pollinator parade & chalk art • Electric Vehicle Display • Informational booths & eco-learning stations • Food Trucks and special themed drinks Many more events being added so come on down for the fun !!! This is more than a festival — it’s a day-long celebration of community, creativity, and caring for the planet. Come shop, play, learn, and make memories with your family!
