Whether you have a location on Broad Street or not, you can sign up to give out candy to the trick-or-treaters that haunt Windsor center on Halloween night! Just fill out this form letting us know that you will participate! NEW FOR 2026 — BRING ON YOUR SPOOKY! This year, Nightmare on Broad Street is having a contest for participating businesses and organizations! We want to see your Halloween spirit through costumes, decorated tables and booths, and even spooky storefronts! Contest Categories: * Best Decorated Booth/Table or Storefront * Best Theme * Best Photo Op Start planning, get creative, and bring on your spooky! We can't wait to see what you come up with! Those planning to set up a special activity, please let us know by Oct. 18th as we will be making an area map to promote the event. In the comments, mention: 1.
