Our Design Committee is about restoring downtown's character and identity as the foundation for commercial competitiveness. These physical qualities are what differentiate the downtown area from all other districts. Ultimately, downtown's marketability depends on its unique "sense of place."
Members of the Design Committee educate themselves and others on what is good design and why it is important. Additionally, they help to maintain and improve Windsor Center's image by enhancing the physical appearance of all elements.
