Windsor’s Northwest Park Beginning Monday, April 10th Community Garden plots are available at Northwest Park. These plots are 36’ x 36’, are pre-harrowed and marked for those wishing to use their “green thumb.” The cost is $35.00 for Windsor residents, $45.00 non-residents.
