With 26 nominees this year, the Bridge Builder Nominations Review Committee had an outstanding field of deserving recipients to choose from. One of the judges said, ALL of them are worthy in some way

Chairman of the Human Relations Commission, Hon Kevin Washington, said, “ the Commissioners and I gave this years Bridge Builders Awards a new updated look and feel, adding and diversifying criteria and categories to attract more people, more nominees, and we did that. Chairman Washington said, “this year will be a new format, we are releasing the names of all nominees, however, the winners will not be announced until the night of the presentation on
November 30, 2016 at Town Hall in the Town Council Chambers.
This year we have formatted the event to be more like the OSCARS, much more fun and relaxed.
