Farmers Market Vendor Information


Dear Farmers Market Vendors,


We’re excited to invite you to participate in the 2026 First Town Downtown Farmers Market, held Thursday afternoons from June 18 through October 15, from 3:00–6:00 PM. We are proud of our market and look forward to another vibrant, successful season!


Vendor Fees (per space)

·       Full Season: $250
(Paid in full with application or two payments of $125 — second payment due by 7/23)

·       Half Season: $125
(Must attend every other week to reserve the same location)

·       Daily Vendor: $25 per market day

All fees are due with your application unless otherwise noted.


How to Apply

To participate, please complete:

·       The online vendor application

·       The State of Connecticut crop plan (if applicable)

·       An updated insurance certificate

All materials and payment must be received no later than April 30. Any unpaid balance is due on the first day of the market.


Important Notes

·       Vendors are selected on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received

·       No refunds for missed dates after your space is reserved

·       Market is held rain or shine (Market Manager may adjust dates for unsafe weather)

·       Vendors will be notified as soon as selections are finalized
