Carmon Community Funeral Homes, Windsor’s American Legion Post #59 and the Hispanic-American Veterans of Connecticut, Inc. (HAVOCT) will host a Wreaths Across America wreath-laying ceremony in the Windsor Town Hall 275 Broad St,, Council Chambers on Saturday, December 17 at 12 noon. All are invited to attend!
