The Windsor Chamber of Commerce and First Town Downtown invite you to the summer concert series Thursday Evenings 6:30-8:30 pm July 7 - August 18, 2016 Make it a Special Thursday! * Bring a food item for the Windsor Food & Fuel Bank * Enjoy dinner at one of Windsor’s quaint restaurants * Shop at the farmers’ market & local shops * Then settle in and enjoy the concert! Thursday, July 14 - Dyn-O-Myte Disco Review Sponsored by Windsor Independent Living Association (see the full schedule) Dyn-O-Myte Disco Review is one of the region's premier show bands. The group performs a great mix of danceable material ranging from pop, rock, soul, disco, funk, and beyond. A diverse selection of artists are covered, including Kool & the Gang, The Commodores, Earth, Wind & Fire, James Brown, Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor, The Bee Gees, K.C. & the Sunshine Band, Marvin Gaye, Heatwave, Michael Jackson, and many more. The Disco Review was founded in 1994, and is based in the Hartford, CT area. Over the years the group has developed a very respectable performance resume as well as favorable attention from the press. The band has been hired for a variety of private and public functions, including casinos and nightclubs, weddings, private parties, fairs and festivals, town and municipal functions, and fundraisers. Clients have included: Aetna, Merrill Lynch, Citizens Bank, A&E and The History Channel, AARP, MSK Corp., Y94 FM (Syracuse), The U.S. Navy, Mohegan Sun Casino, and many others. The group has also shared the stage with The Village People, The Trammps, Thelma Houston, Bonnie Pointer, The First Ladies of Chic, Denney Terrio, Carol Williams, Peter Noone and Herman's Hermits, and K.C. and the Sunshine Band .
