Drum therapy is an ancient approach that uses rhythm to promote healing and self-expression. Therapeutic rhythm techniques have been used for thousands of years to create and maintain physical, mental, and spiritual health. Join us for an early breakfast served at 8:30am. The program will begin at 9:00am and end at 10:15am. You can register for this program in person at the Recreation Office in LP Wilson Community Center, or online at http://www.townofwindsorct.com/recreation/ Space is limited so register early.
