The Blue Dragonfly will be hosting a jewelry-making party on Saturday, February 7th at 1:30 pm at The Blue Dragonfly Gift Shop, 144 Broad Street Windsor. Design two pairs of earrings under the guidance of artist Catherine Haugh of S.I.S Designs. The cost is $45 per person and includes snacks. BYOB.
