In an effort to serve the growing number of individual investors who are looking for financial advisors to understand their financial needs and goals, financial-services firm Edward Jones is looking to hire more financial advisors in greater Springfield community. They plan to hire 100 individuals as part of their expansion.

As the firm continues to expand its business and grow its network of branch offices to serve individual investors in Agawam, Berkshire County, Chicopee, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Springfield, Westfield and West Springfield, Edward Jones is hosting a recruiting event at 6:00pm on Wednesday, March 8 at The Federal, 135 Cooper St. Agawam, MA 01001. Business attire encouraged.

"As we expand, we're looking to hire local candidates who fit in with the Edward Jones entrepreneurial culture, one in which high achievers who have a desire to run a business with the support of a much larger organization can serve clients and the communities in which they live and work," said Rich Friese of the Amherst, MA location.

The recruiting event is designed to attract job candidates interested in learning about the challenges and rewards of building a business as an Edward Jones financial advisor. Edward Jones financial advisors will be present to answer any questions.
