All About a Good Smoke: Cigar Re-education and Rolling Demonstration:
A Museum After-Hours Event. Join us for a CIGAR ROLLING demonstration by the fantastic and experienced Vicky Tarnowicz on Friday, June 26th at 7PM featuring The Connecticut Tobacconist at the COonnecticut Valley Tobacco Museum in Northwest Park at 135 Lang Road, Windsor, CT.

We'll have scotch and wine. Ladies, this is for you too. Great for long time smokers and those who are curious about the "how it's done" of cigar rolling.

You can enjoy your cigar at the museum. This will be in the museum tobacco shed, where you will enjoy the ambiance of history and modern cigars all in one relaxing, informative evening.

$30 per person. The ticket price includes the talk and two drinks and light refreshments. The proceeds go directly towards the success of the museum.

Cigars will be rolled right in front of you and will be available for purchase. The Connecticut Valley Tobacconist will also have their own unique line of Battleground cigars and accessories for purchase.
And a raffle! A raffle is also planned including cigar accessories and a year of membership to the Connecticut Valley Tobacco Museum.

This is one of our museum's monthly programs.

The Connecticut Valley Tobacco Historical Society was formed in 1988 to help preserve the artifacts and history of the cigar tobacco agriculture before it is completely gone from the valley. This society became the beneficiary of a trust fund set up by John E. Luddy who earned his money from selling shade cloth and other items needed by growers.
