Get involved in the community! We're looking for volunteers from local businesses and the community at large to spend half an hour on April 19 reading to students in our Windsor Kindergarten to grade 2 classrooms.

The Windsor Chamber of Commerce and the Windsor Public Schools are working together again this year to offer you an opportunity to be involved with "Businesses Fueling Minds Through Books" on April 19, 2016.

There are over 36 classrooms in grades K-2. Each year we collect monetary donations so that we can donate one copy of our selected book to each classroom. If your business chooses to sponsor a classroom by donating $25, your company's name will appear on the inside cover of one book. You can sponsor as many classrooms as you like and your company name will be inscribed in as many as you fund.

Your company would also have the option of sending a volunteer to read the book to one of the classrooms in the morning.

This great opportunity allows Windsor Businesses to join a collaborative effort to re-enforce the importance of reading. If you are interested in sponsoring a classroom or reading, please call 860-688-5165 or use the link below to donate one or more books.
