The 2025 Farmers Market takes place each Thursday starting on June 19, 2025 and runs through October 16, 2025 from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at 240 Broad Street in Windsor Center.
This well-attended weekly local marketplace in Windsor Center may include locally grown fruits, vegetables, baked goods, herbs, eggs, cheese, skincare products, honey, books and more, along with live music!

Windsor Art Center is REOPENING after it’s summer refresh and have we got a lot to tell you!
Member Show opens 9/18/2021 and runs through 01/16/2021. A wide range of talent and mediums is spotlighted during this show. Opening weekend is Saturday and Sunday, 9/18 and 9/19 from 10 to 4 on Saturday and 11 to 4 on Sunday.
During this exhibition, local restaurants are offering discounts on food. Union Street Tavern and Jim’s Pizza Restaurant are offering 10% discount off your food bill and Taste of India is offering a free rice pudding dessert with dinner. Please support these good local businesses.
Art rocks is back on 9/19/2021 starting at 10 am. A great success last year, local artists and residents are painting and decorating rocks which will be placed around the perimeter of the Art Center for you to find, take home and enjoy!
October 2nd, from 2 to 4 PM, “Then and Now”, a presentation by past and present board members discussing how we started and where we are today.
Hours at the center are Thursday evenings, 6 to 8, and Saturday’s from 10 to 3. Sundays we are open 11 to 4.

The Women’s Business Development Council is again offering grants of up to $10,000 to qualified women-owned small businesses in Connecticut.
The Equity Match Grant Program is designed to help women-owned businesses grow! Grants between $2,500 and $10,000 will be awarded for clearly defined projects that will have a measurable impact on the business, its growth and profitability.
