Are you looking for the loftiest biscuits, or scones that aren't dried-out bread bombs? Come to this class and learn the methods for making your best biscuits and most satisfying scones. We’ll be making both savory and sweet items, some of which will be baked in class while others can be left unbaked for you to take home and freeze. Yes, you read that right - you can freeze them!
