MAY 24 FROM 6-8 PM Join us for an evening celebrating the grand reopening of the Artisan Gift Shop at Windsor Art Center, curated by Xarea Lockhart with the help of Meckla Pinnix. The celebration will include vendors tables featuring local craftspeople, and a range of boutique handmade gifts in the revamped shop. A wide variety of items will be available for sale ranging from hand-sewn luxury bags and jewelry to artist prints and unique home decor. Refreshments (and champagne!) will be served. ? GIFT SHOP CURATOR Xarea Lockhart, a Windsor, Connecticut native, graduated from Pratt Institute in 2019 with a BFA in Fashion Design. Since then, she has launched her namesake brand, Xarea, offering women's ready-to-wear clothing and accessories. The brand focuses on responsibly made daily wear garments characterized by soft pops of color and artisanal details. With a diverse creative background in graphic design, costume design, photography, and nail art, Xarea finds inspiration in love, family, and delightful desserts, infusing her work with a unique charm and flair. ?    | |||||||
