First Town Downtown will hold its fall Main Street Matters Morning Meeting at J. Morrissey located at 289 Broad Street from 8-9AM. First Town Downtown and Windsor Chamber members, center businesses, Windsor residents and property owners are welcome to attend and get an update on the latest news and projects pertaining to the center of town.
