Town of Windsor Community Development invites local civic organizations, non-profits, neighborhood associations, boards or commissions, and other community groups to submit an application for the Community & Neighborhood Enhancement Grant Program. This Program is designed to support small scale physical improvements as well as annual or one-time events and programs. If you have an idea, project, event, or improvement that will provide a benefit to the community, this is your opportunity to receive a grant to make it a reality. Grants require a 50% match and are available up to a maximum of $5,000 per applicant.

Please join community development staff for an informative online workshop on Wednesday, March 15 beginning at 6:30 PM.

Program applications will be accepted from March 20, 2023 until April 14, 2023 (before 5:00 PM). For more information and to participate in the workshop, please visit townofwindsorct.com/cnep
