Windsor Palette and Brush Club Opening Reception, Fall Art Exhibit at Town Hall, Sunday, November 8 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers at Windsor Town Hall. Meet the artists and enjoy delicious refreshments. The art exhibit, in the lower level corridors at Town Hall, will continue thru December 4 and may be viewed at anytime during Town Hall hours, including evening meetings. Free.
