Vendor is responsible for their own 10x10 tent and chairs
Set up starts at 9am / Break down starts at 3pm. Rain date is the following day.

In the event of inclement weather on both days (Sat and Sun) the festival will be canceled, and vendors reimbursed fee.

Vendors may park up to the green to unload then park behind the Town Hall. Vendor locations on the green will be marked.

Vendor does not hold First Town Downtown or Windsor Climate Action responsible for any loss as a result of the event.
