The Upcycled Planter Challenge team selects placement of planters and matches sponsor to a planter designer. All UPC planters are displayed within the parameter of the downtown green and side streets only.Businesses outside of downtown wishing to sponsor, will have signage crediting their business sponsorship, they will be matched to a planter designer and the planter placed near or around the town green.
