Children's Parade Winner with Judge Florence Barlow
The 2nd annual Windsor Monarch Festival was a great success even with the heat and humidity! Tomaca graced us with her soulful voice, the artisan vendors were busy with shoppers, the kids made butterfly crafts, the EV cars and bikes were a hit, the info booths gave out helpful information, the chalk artist created a lovely butterfly image, three local artists created a fantastic butterfly mural, and everyone loved the upcycled planters!
