The 2024 Farmers Market takes place each Thursday started on June 20, 2024 and run through October 17, 2024 from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at 240 Broad Street in Windsor Center. (No market on July 4.)
This well-attended local marketplace in Windsor Center includes locally grown fruits, vegetables, baked goods, herbs, eggs, cheese, skincare products, honey, books and more, along with live music!

Annual Windsor Freedom Trail Walking Tour, presented by the Windsor Freedom Trail Committee - Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 7:00a.m. -10:30a.m.– starting point: Archer Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, 320 Hayden Station Road, Windsor.
Walk along this 3.9 mile route with your friends and family as you learn about the rich history of the Windsor Freedom Trail by visiting sites that are associated with African American heritage and movement towards freedom. (A bus will follow the walkers if rest is needed).
The Windsor Lions are holding their third annual Community Tag Sale on the Windsor Town Green from 8:00am-2:00pm. You keep all proceeds from your sales. All proceeds from site rentals will go to Camp Rising Sun. A place where "kids with cancer have fun."

This annual event, held in the beautiful Northwest Park in Windsor, CT and hosted by The Friends of Northwest Park, is one of the largest community celebrations of the year, with all proceeds going supporting the Park and its programs.
The year’s Fair will feature a wide range of activities for all ages, including, games, music, competition, exhibitions and much more. Planning is still going on for the Fair, so we invite all vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to join us for this exciting event. Vendors can display their unique products and services, and sponsors can help us create a memorable experience for all attendees. We also welcome volunteers to help manage and operate the Fair. We expect to begin announcing fair details by early May.
Connecticut Main Street put Windsor in the spotlight on September 14th. Windsor center was presented to a group over 70 business and municipal leaders from across the state who recognize our growth and entrepreneurial ecosystem. They enjoyed a tour Windsor, heard about the projects in process in the center, viewed our open spaces and visited our Farmers Market. We gave them good reason and incentives to come back, bring others, and to consider investing in our center.
