The latest group of First Town Downtown Heritage Bricks were installed this morning into the Brick Patio on the green across from Central Street in Windsor. All bricks purchased or gifted over the last few months, including FTDT and WCC annual award winners Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, Marshall Fox, Key Club, and Bill Gombert were be brought together and laid into the brick patio for future generations. Newly installed bricks will include Paul Vagnini, Dom's Broad Street Eatery and several anniversaries and in loving memory. Take a walk down the road and view the brick patio. You'll be sure to find someone you know! The first First Town Downtown Heritage brick installation was in May of 1996.
Inscriptions include names, anniversaries, birth dates, memorials and more. Heritage bricks are available for purchase from the First Town Downtown website www.FirstTownDowntown.org for $50 each and includes three lines of text, up to 20 characters per line.
