Heritage Brick Installation

The latest crop of First Town Downtown Heritage Bricks were installed October 18, 2012 into the Brick Patio on the green across from Central Street. All bricks purchased or gifted over the last few months, including FTDT and WCC annual award winners DL Lynch Commercial, Paula Pierce, Windsor Woman's Club, and Mark Griffin were brought together and laid into the brick patio for future generations. Newly installed bricks include Forgotten Acres Farm, Dr. Roberta Garceau, The Jubrey Family, William J Gozzo Sr. Construction, Cynthia Butts, HYATT house, Carmon Funeral Home, First Church Early Learning Center and Gary & Angie Roman. Take a walk down the road and view the brick patio. You'll be sure to find someone you know! The first First Town Downtown Heritage brick installation was in May of 1996. Inscriptions include names, anniversaries, birth dates, memorials and more. Heritage bricks are available for purchase from the First Town Downtown website www.FirstTownDowntown.org for $50 each and includes three lines of text, up to 20 characters per line.
