Maria Eberle is the founder of OneSong Biscotti and a regular member at the Windsor farmers’ market. She bakes out of a commercial kitchen and brings a variety of flavors each Thursday. Outside the farmers’ market you can purchase her biscotti from The Beanery Bistro or by making a custom order. Whether for a function or to just treat yourself, Maria is happy to work with you. Maria’s favorite aspect of the Windsor farmers’ market is the friendliness of the vendors and customers. When not working, Maria is a drum circle facilitator. She facilitates at First Church in Windsor every third Wednesday of the month from 7-8pm. This is free to the public.
