Learn about why, since the murder of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor last spring, it is so urgent for museums to become more inclusive places and more inclusive organizations. Jamal Jimerson will share the personal experiences that led him to found the Minority Inclusion Project and how he feels museums can stay effective and relevant in a changing world by aligning their values, based on equity and inclusion, with their practices. Presented via Zoom, these programs provide opportunities to learn as well as to participate and share your own questions or stories.
