White Lights Going Up
First Town Downtown's white lights committee has once again prepared white lights to decorate Windsor Center! The Windsor Police Cadets are volunteering to help put them up again this year. We will meet at Windsor town hall on Saturday, November 13th at 9:00 am to put up white lights throughout Windsor Center.
