A true story of a woman's war fought against a powerful misunderstood illness. Lyme Disease!
At a time when our environment has become infested with ticks due to climate change and land development it is imperative for everyone to be more aware of the ticks, how to prevent being bitten, understanding the symptoms and what you can do to mitigate the overwhelming illnesses that can be caused by these tiny bugs. Close to 500,000 people are diagnosed with Lyme Disease yearly and if not resolved quickly, can cause life long struggles with someone's health, cognitive abilities, emotional trauma and financial and family challenges. Voices Against Lyme 860-930-2446will be showing the documentary and here to answer any questions you might have.
