Once a month, the Windsor Art Center Studios, formerly Windsor Station, opens its doors to the public, allowing a unique opportunity for visitors to meet the artists-in-residence and see their creative processes in their studio spaces. Work by all of the artists is for sale, providing a fantastic opportunity for visitors to get a head start on holiday shopping or to take home their own unique treasures.

The Windsor Art Center Studios celebrated its grand opening in September 2013 with Art Center members and directors, town officials, and the general public and has since transformed into a vibrant home for artists and visual arts classes and workshops. Those wishing to attend the Open Studios can meet the Windsor Art Center Studios six artists-in-residence: Catherine Doocy, a painter who has shown work all over New England and beyond; LeaAnn Cogswell, a sculptor who has won national awards for her work; Nicola Sinclair, a painter whose award-winning work has been shown in many states; Andres Chaparro, a painter whose celebrated work is inspired by jazz, and painter Elizabeth Webb, whose work is inspired by flowers.

For more information about future Open Studios or about the artists, please call 860-688-2528 or email info@windsorartcenter.org.
