WALK TO END ALZHEIMER'S
Would you like to participate in a walk coming this fall for the Alzheimer’s Association? Kimberly Hall North has participated in the WALK TO END ALZHEIMER’S for the last ten years. Each year the walk continues to grow and more people participate or many donate to help END ALZHEIMER’S. This year the WALK TO END ALZHEIMER’S is on Sunday, September 27th, 2015 located at Asnuntuck Community College in Enfield. Kimberly Hall North is primarily long term care but also provides short say rehabilitation for the memory impaired and respite services for those families that would like to travel with a peace of mind. Kate presents a monthly support group and welcomes anyone from the community to attend that is interested in learning more about Dementia and how to cope with the changes that may occur. The Support Groups are every 2nd Thursday of the month from 6:00- 7:00 pm located at 1 Emerson Drive, Windsor CT 06095. If interested in attending please RSVP to Kate Bartelmo at (860) 687-3222.
