What is it and how can it help you?
Join us in exploring and experiencing how sounds are used to help heal and nourish our bodies with peace and tranquility.

It is important for our minds and bodies to deeply relax and have some down time from the hectic world. Seldom do we reach the depths of our inner core. Let’s work together on letting go of your physical, mental or emotional pain and sleep better, focus more clearly and feel refreshed.

This class will be a guided meditation using pure quartz crystal singing bowls, voice and energy therapy blended together to cleanse, clear, heal and soothe your body, mind and spirit. Our guest presenter leading us through this experience are Edie Jemiola who is an Integrative Medicine Consultant at St. Francis Hospital and is a certified Holographic Sound and Healing teacher.
