Shad Derby Festival on the Green
As the Shad Always Return to Windsor, so do the great New England organizations, businesses, food vendors, crafters, parade participants and live entertainment to Windsor's Most Beloved Festival - the Windsor Shad Derby !!!

Planned and organized by the Windsor Jaycees, under the direction of the Windsor Shad Derby Committee, this year's Green Activities and Parade take place on Saturday, May 21st, 2016 from 9am to 4pm.

The Windsor Town Green will be packed with plenty of local entertainment - magicians, games, fun surprises, vendors and family fun activities for all ages. The highlight of the day is the Shad Derby Parade that kicks off at 11:30am. There is so much fun packed onto the Windsor Town Green that it is easy to see why thousands flock to Windsor every year on the third Saturday in May for Shad Derby Day - truly Windsor's Most Beloved Festival !!!
