Senior Health Fair & Flu Shot Clinic 2016
The Town of Windsor Health Department and Windsor Senior Services will be sponsoring the Annual Senior Health Fair and Flu Shot Clinic for Windsor Seniors on Thursday, October 6, 2016, from 8:30am - 12:30pm at the Windsor Senior Center located in the LP Wilson Community Center, 599 Matianuck Avenue, Windsor, CT.

Over 30 vendors will be offering free health screenings, services and give-aways.
The flu vaccine we are offering is the Quadrivalent and the flu vaccinations will be offered to Windsor residents age 50 and over and adults with disabilities age 18 and over.

The cost of the shots is covered by Medicare Part B, and most other insurance plans including: Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, ConnectiCare and Cigna, otherwise the cost for the flu shot is $30.00. Participants MUST bring their Medicare and/or any other insurance cards to the Health Fair for verification of coverage.
