Kindred Transitional Care/Windsor Rehab – Will be hosting a Heart Healthy Showcase on March 10, 2015 9:30AM – 11:00AM at the LP Wilson Senior Center 599 Matianuck Avenue Windsor, CT 06095. The showcase will include Blood pressure screening, Body Mass index analysis, exercises to promote a heart healthy life style, Questions and answers for the dietitian, Heart healthy cooking demonstration by chef Rich, heart healthy refreshments, Heart healthy cookbook, Raffles & More.
