Starts on February 4th, 2010 and occurs every month on the first Thursday of the month.

Windsor Businesses offer specials, entertainment and events on the First Thursday of each month from 5-7 pm or all day. Enter the FREE RAFFLE at each location all day to win a great prize!

Windsor Public Library - Come see Cabin in the Sky, starring Ethel Waters, Lena Horne and Louis Armstrong at the Windsor Public Library. This popular movie series shows old motion picture classics on the library's big screen on the First Thursday of the month. Movies are selected from audience suggestions and represent a wide range of stars, themes and genres.

All of the movie showings are free and open to the public. The meeting room doors will open at 6:30PM and the movies will start promptly at 7PM.
