Jack Horan
A long-time resident of Windsor, Jack was born in Hartford on June 22, 1956. His family moved to Windsor in 1969 where Jack graduated from Windsor High School in 1975. He married Carol Pertesis in 1986. They have two children - Bridget, and Andrew.
Jack graduated Apprenticeship Steamfitters Local 218 Hartford, CT in 1990. Jack and his family are members of the First Church of Windsor. His interests include most sports such as lacrosse, biking, hiking, kayaking but Jack has a decided preference for rugby. He also enjoys many card games such as cribbage, poker, setback, and spades.
