Scott is very involved with downtown Windsor from the property he owns and rents to volunteering his time to various organizations and town projects. Scott graduated from Windsor High School and continued his education at Bryant College. Scott serves as the treasurer of First Town Downtown. Scott is married with two daughters and one son and resides in Windsor Locks. Scott enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
