At Luddy's death in 1964, the house and carriage house were sold to the Town of Windsor. The building has housed a coffee shop, Town of Windsor Recreation offices, retail shops and since 1999 has been the home of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce. In 2001 the building also become home to the Corporation that runs the Summer Wind Amphitheatre. The house has remained in essentially the same form since it was built.
